I have a camcorder and I need to get the video off of my san disk and onto a DVD.
My PC is down and I have nowhere else to do it.

As your computer is not working then your only options are either to get a friend to help, or take it to a company that will do it for you.
many of the photographic companies will put video and pictures to a dvd for you.
