awesome so what do you recommend me the Canon HV30, Canon HF10 or the Canon HF11.

  2. reviewduo says:

Thanks for the comment. The HV30 is a tape-based camcorder, whereas the HF10 and 11 are flash memory-based. The AVCHD format is nearly indistinguishable from the HVD format on the HV30. Not having to deal with tape is a huge advantage, and since the HF11 is an update to the HF10, I would go with the HF11. Hope this helps!

  3. HorsePlayProductions says:

What is the difference between the HF10 and HF11?

  4. reviewduo says:

They’re pretty much identical, except the HF11 has more internal memory (32gb instead of 16gb). It can also shoot movies at the higher 24mbps bitrate, whereas the HF10 only goes as high as 17mbps.

  8. TheEpicFilmCo says:

So to charge the camcorder, do you have to plug the camcorder into the wall? Doesn’t it come with a battery charger so if you have a spare battery you can have the other one charging whilst your filming with the other battery?
