What a total let down this camera is, don’t waste your money! Couldn’t get the video to play back with the software that came with and I made sure I have all the system requirements. The video format is not recconizable by anything, I have tried several programs tp play video back. And the software this thing comes with doesn’t even have movie making abillity (transitions, effects, and credits) it’s pointless! What a waste and a major let down!
@Corbycorbz123 LOL uh no, the software included is pointless, it doesn’t even reconize the files you film with the camcorder.

@Lagoonerdude30 i had same problem at first. i wanted to use vid software i already had but nothing recognizes the format. just used the provided software to upload to computer and if click and drag doesnt work from there to other software then download free “any video converter”. google it. drag from provided software to video converter. from there it takes to clicks and a couple min to change any format to any other format(MP4,avi etc.). when installing software choose standard and update
IMPORTANT: I need to know the format. I mean the original format of the videos it records.
