Flip Video or Camcorder? Is Flip-video for like aww christmas not editing, and camcorder is for editing?

Ok so Me and some friends are going to do like a series on youtube of funny videos, there will be editinginvolvedd because its not going to be stupid stuff we want to get a lot of views unlike those stupid videos that show mess ups. OKAY so what i am really asking is will a Flip Video thing be easier or equal to a camcorders editing potentail

yeah, i think flip camcorder is quite good and easy to use. I heard that there is a flipshare software but with limited editing functions.
