Help! My Samsung digital camera won't open its shutter or turn on. I tried to recharge battery but not work!?

I have a Samsung SL202 intelligent LCD digital camera which I love. Few days back I got a low battery message then it shut down. I used my USB cable to recharge the Li-ion battery, but it is not recharging. I have taken the battery out and put it back in, jiggled the chords, etc. What am I missing???? I am quite frustrated. Any help or thoughts greatly appreciated.

what Cheap Good HD CAMCORDER should i buy?

In a few days its my 18th birthday, And i thought a HD camcorder would be the perfect gift. So after
searching a couple of minutes on the internet i saw a few camcorders i'm really interested in. The Flip Ultra HD ( also the MIno HD) and the Toshiba Camileo P30 HD. Those models are cheap but have a good video Quality

Would you recommend me one of those , or any other camcorder

How to make good pictures with SAMSUNG S860 digital camera?

S ok , i have Samsung S860 and i know that its not one of the best cameras in the world, but currently i am out of money and i cant afford buying a new one. But few days ago i saw on the internet some pretty good photos taken with this camera so i am asking what can i change in the camera options so that i would bring the best out of this camera i have.     Will the Flip Ultra HD work in the Flip Video underwater case?

    I have the Flip Ultra HD camcorder, and I am going away in a few days.. I was looking into an under water case for it. I see a case on Amazon that says only for the first generations .. I have no clue if it will fit..! Is there a case for a Flip Ultra HD camcorder? If so, could you give me a link to it! Thanks :)
