I'm not talking about Flips that were dropped from skyscrapers, ran over by cars, or crushed by Elephants. I am talking about Flips that worked 5 minutes ago, that you put in your pocket, took out to record, and exclaimed "WTF? This was just working fine two seconds ago!?!?" I am not at fault if your Flip has been abused, dropped, left in the sun, overheated, shot with a 12 Gauge, thrown from an airplane, lit on fire, swallowed by a Shark. Use common sense.
