I'm sorry for my quiet voice! I was a little nervous making the video cause I didn't want to mess the video up and it was one of my first few videos that I made. Steps: 1) Take battery out of the camera 2) Plug in your camera into your USB port on your computer 3) Make sure that your computer has recognized/connected the camera or this will not work 4) Place the battery into the camera while it is still connected to your computer 5) Safely eject the camera. Then take it out. -PC: click on icon on the bottom right corner and should say safely eject or something along those lines. -MAC: drag the white icon on your desktop to the trash bin and it should say eject. 6) Plug camera back in and it should work! If it doesn't work the first time, try it a second time and it should work.
