This is the East Peoria Symphonic Band performing at the annual Spring Concert. The music performed includes The Black Horse Troop. This is a Sousa March dedicated to the senior band member who receives the John Phillip Sousa Award. The John Phillip Sousa Award is the highest honor bestowed in our band. This year\'s recipient is Kylie.
